Boylan Farms is a 3 generation family run operation that currently makes about 600 gallons of pure maple syrup each year! We have syrup & maple products for sale throughout the year at the farm & at The Edinboro Market. From Meadville: Take route 77 NE towards Blooming Valley. Go past intersection of route 198 about 2 miles until you reach Lyona Road on your right. Turn onto Lyona Road and immediately veer right onto Maillard Road (dirt road). Go about 1 mile and take a left onto Patterson Road. The sugarhouse is behind the last house on the left on Patterson Road. There is a large sign out front. Please wear boots and dress warm.

Howles Maple Farm is a 4th generation maple syrup business with the 5th generation learning quickly. The Riverside Brewing Company and Howles Maple farm have officially merged together to combine the sugaring, house recipes and brewing with natures sweet sap and natural maple syrup. Our sugarhouse is still located on Patterson Road and our new brewery and restaurant is at 1 Fountain Ave, Cambridge Springs, PA . This year for the Maple Taste and Tour we will offer a BREAKFAST BUFFET at our Riverside Brewing location from 8AM-12PM Saturday and Sunday (full menu 12pm – 9pm) and a full tour of our sugarhouse in Guys Mills 10am-4pm. Traditionally we offer maple candy, jelly, maple mustard, horseradish mustard, salad dressings, BBQ sauces, spices, rubs, glaze, a variety of nuts, cream, cotton candy, maple butter, and newly added Spicy Bull BBQ, Black Dust, and Maple Peanut Butter!

Experience a fun filled educational sugaring day for all ages. Our small-scale syrup making operation is a mix of old-fashioned techniques and modern equipment. We tap around 600 taps using a modern tubing system with vacuum and we still hang the traditional sap buckets. We use a 3×8 wood fired evaporator with reverse osmosis. How Sweet It Is has won several awards at the PA Farm Show and local fairs throughout Crawford and Erie County. We will have Hot Apple Dumplings, Maple Lemonade, Maple Sap Dogs, Maple Milkshakes, Maple Sundaes and all of the other maple products for sale.

We are a short 4 miles outside of Waterford. Turn east at the traffic light and go around the park. Continue east on 3rd Street to Donation Road. Turn left on Donation and travel about 3/4 of a mile. Turn right onto Dublin Road. Drive about 2 miles. Our driveway is on the right hand side at the bottom of the hill. Follow the Taste and Tour signs at each intersection! Park only a few yards from our modern sugarhouse.

Fort LeBoeuf Maple will be giving tours and explaining the process of tapping, collecting sap, boiling sap to syrup, filtering and bottling our Pure PA maple syrup.

We will explain what controls we use to maintain the highest quality of maple syrup and the regulations of making syrup, both from the PA Department of Agriculture and U.S. Department of Agriculture. Let us show you what is unique to our sugarhouse. Sample our Pure PA Maple Syrup on pancakes as well as other products made with maple syrup. Collect our newest free cloth patch until our supply runs out.

We are a family operation that has been producing maple syrup since 1944.  Presently we have 1,300 taps on tubing and 100 on buckets. Syrup is processed on a 3 ½ x 10 wood fired evaporator with a steamaway.

Our syrup has won numerous awards over the years; the PA Farm Show, Best in Show twice, the NAMSC for light amber category. Won 2019 Best of Show at Waterford fair.

Free samples of Maple syrup, coated nuts, candy, cream, mustard, and crumb will be available and also for purchase. Join us for lunch where you can purchase a Smith hot dog and enjoy a free hot beverage. Take a chance on our free maple basket.

We are a family owned business with roughly 3500 taps on 100 acres of wooded area.  We use a 4 x 12  wood burning evaporator and produce around 1000 gallons of syrup a year.  We will have a variety of items for sale including syrup, granulated sugar, peanut butter, fudge and many others.  We will be selling our new all natural raspberry maple syrup.  We will also have gluten free items available.  Warm bathroom and hot beverages are available as well.  Come take a chance at our gift basket. Triple Creek Maple is a family business that has been producing maple syrup since 1988. Over the past 30 plus years we have grown from a 10 to a 2000 tap operation using a tubing/vacuum system, reverse osmosis, and a wood pellet fired evaporator. Currently, we are researching and developing a new method of sap filtration in the evaporator. Triple Creek produces maple syrup and a variety of other maple products. Stop and see the modernized maple process that the Cable family has to offer. You will be able to enjoy delicious samples of their maple products including candy, mustard and peanuts all while learning about the maple process. While visiting, you will be able to see the wood fired evaporator and a reverse osmosis machine in working order. The Cable family has around 800 trees that are tapped every season and collected by a web of tubing. All products will be available for purchase including syrup in decorative glass and plastic bottles in a variety of shapes and sizes.

Triple J Farms owns 165 acres of fields & forest. We have 3500 taps on a wet/dry vacuum system. In the sugarhouse, you will see a reverse osmosis machine and a Leader 3 x 8 reversed fired oil evaporator. We will have syrup, bourbon barrel aged syrup, maple spices, peanut brittle and more available to taste and purchase. Last year was our first year on the tour and we met so many wonderful people. Stop by anytime you see the steam above the sugarhouse!
