Our operation includes 100 acres of tapped woods with 6500 taps offsite, 100 miles of pipeline to produce around 3, 000 gallons of maple syrup. We use a wood fired evaporator and a reverse osmosis machine to reduce the sap. While most of our syrup was previously shipped out of the country, we now use it at our restaurant and brewery (also on tour) the Riverside Brewing Company. We are excited to be on the tour in 2021. We will free tours of our sugarhouse, free samples of unique maple products, and have for purchase our maple products, concession food, and our own Riverside Brewing Company beer. Products include maple mustards, bbq sauces, cream, butters, candy, nuts, hot sauce, glaze, salad dressings, jelly, maple sugar, cotton candy, seasonings, a new surprise product and more! Please dress appropriate for the weather. Heaters outside will help cut the cold. This is a family friendly event and the first 25 guests under the age of 10 will receive a free coloring book!
