Melissa Mattocks

-Maple Ambassador

I am Melissa Mattocks, the 16-year-old daughter of Adam and Bethany Mattocks of Saegertown, Pennsylvania. From an extremely young age, I have been a part of my grandparents’ maple operation, Boylan Farms. As I’ve gotten older, I’ve been able to help a lot more. From tapping trees in the beginning of the year, to boiling throughout the year, and helping with the Taste and Tour, I am kept busy in the early months of the year.

I am currently a junior at Northwestern Senior High School where I am the Chaplain for the Albion FFA Chapter, play softball, am a part of student council, and part of paw mentors. I also actively participate in my 4-H club, my trap-shooting team, my local church, and youth group.
