The Willows is a small family run operation that has been producing syrup for 11 years and has been a part of the Maple Tour for 8 years. We consider ourselves “old-fashioned” in our process and collect sap from 600 buckets hung on trees. We use a wood-fired 3×8 evaporator to boil down the sap into that sweet syrup that is enjoyed by many. Our award-winning syrup is sold by the bottle, and can also be found in our maple cotton candy, maple mustard, maple peanut butter, and maple sugar. This year we are adding a production facility/maple gift shop that will keep guests warm and dry while visiting us on the tour. As we tell our visitors to our sugar shack, if you see steam, stop and take a look!

Our award-winning syrup is sold by the bottle, and can also be found in our maple cotton candy, maple mustard, maple peanut butter, and maple sugar. Triple Creek Maple is a family run business that has been producing all-natural maple syrup since 1988. Our farm operation focuses on healthy, sustainable practices that insure long term maple syrup production without harm to the forest. Over the past 35 plus years we have grown from a 10 to a 2,100 tap operation using a tubing/vacuum system, reverse osmosis, and a wood pellet fired evaporator. Currently we are researching and developing a new method of sap filtration in the evaporator and refrigerating concentrated sap. Triple Creek produces a high quality extra thick maple syrup.
